Q: I've received my DMSO, why does it appear crystallized?
A: DMSO is a very temperature-sensitive product. Liquid DMSO can and will crystallise around 18 degrees, which does not affect it, btw. Often, DMSO is delivered in this state. If this occurs, place or keep the DMSO bottle in a warm location, 20°C+, and within a few hours it should go back to liquid form. For faster results, place the bottle in a clean zip-lock bag, seal it, and place it in warm water.
Under any circumstances, do not microwave it!

A: All of our DMSO is packaged in Recyclable Glass Bottles, or Glass Jars. While it is more expensive to package in glass than plastic, many customers prefer glass packaging, as the glass cannot taint the DMSO. Glass is also more environmentally friendly than plastic
